THE PROVISION OF SUCH GRANTS AND DONATIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS OR SUCH CHARITABLE ASSOCIATIONS, BODIES AND ORGANISATIONS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF SOMERSTOWN AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT, WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO ASSISTANCE WITH THE PROVISION OF LOCAL FACILITIES AND SERVICES TO MEET THE NEEDS OF RESIDENTS, WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES OR SERVICES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
