Charitable objects
A) TO PROMOTE THE OPEN SPACES KNOWN AS CHAPELTOWN & HIGH GREEN PARKS FOR RECREATION, PLAY AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL THE INHABITANTS OF CHAPELTOWN & HIGH GREEN (AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF AGE, CREED, DISABILITY, RELIGIOUS, POLITICAL OR OTHER OPINION, SEX OR SEXUAL ORIENTATION; B) TO WORK WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITY AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS TO MANAGE AND MAINTAIN THE PARKS; C) THE PROTECTION, CONSERVATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENT OF BOTH PARKS; D) THE PRESERVATION OF BUILDINGS OR SITES OF HISTORIC OR ARCHITECTURAL IMPORTANCE WITHIN THE PARKS; E) THE PROVISION, OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION, OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES WITHIN THE PARKS; F) THE PROMOTION OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND PREVENTION OF CRIME IN THE PARKS; G) SUCH OTHER MEANS AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED SUBJECT TO THE PRIOR CONSENT OF THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS FOR ENGLAND & WALES.
