(1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF CHILDREN; (2) THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE AND SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE; (3) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE; AND (4) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AMONG PERSONS IN AREAS AFFECTED BY NATURAL OR CIVIL DISASTERS.
