Activities - how the charity spends its money
Contact provides a safe space and drop - in Centre for those affected by mental ill-health and their carers. We provide mentally stimulating activities to encourage participation and to reduce social isolation. We offer a Counselling / Therapy Service for those in need covering SE Northumberland. We provide advice on benefits. We offer caravan mini respite holidays to our members and their carers.
