1 TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE MEMBERS IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE INCLUDING THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS, THE PROMOTION AND PRESERVATION OF GOOD HEALTH AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO PARTNER ORGANISATIONS WORKING IN AFRICA. 2 TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF PARTNER ORGANISATIONS WORKING IN AFRICA IN SUCH A WAY AS THEY ARE ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET COMMUNITY NEEDS AND ALLOW THEM TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY. 3 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF DEVELOPMENT.
