TO ADVANCE THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION, HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF (YOUNG) PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN PEMBROKESHIRE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SPORT OF GYMNASTICS.
