TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN, AND THE APPRECIATION OF THE WORKS AND LIFE OF JOHN CLARE, IN PARTICULAR BY MEANS WHICH INCLUDE:
. PROMOTING THE COLLECTION, PRESERVATION AND EXCHANGE OF ITEMS OF LITERACY AND BIOGRAPHICAL INTEREST RELATING TO JOHN CLARE;
. CONTINUING PUBLICATION OF HIS WORKS TO PROMOTE A WIDER APPRECIATION;
. PROMOTING AND ORGANISING PUBLIC MEETINGS AND EVENTS
