TO ACQUIRE, RESTORE AND PRESERVE FOR THE BENEFIT OFTHE PUBLIC AT LARGE THE GRADE 2 LISTED BUILDING KNOWN AS THE DONCASTER GRAND THEATRE; AND
2) TO ADVANCE THE PUBLIC'S EDUCATION, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY INTO THE HISTORY OF THEATRICAL PERFORMANCE WITHIN DONCASTER.
