THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF THE PEOPLE OF RATHMALAMA, SRI LANKA AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHO ARE VICTIMS OF THE 2004 BOXING DAY TSUNAMI, IN PARTICULAR BY THE SUPPLY OF RESOURCES TO AID THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE COMMUNITY.
