Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS ARE SUCH PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY AT THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT.
THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS, BUT NO PART OF THE INCOME OR CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY MAY BE USED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SETTLOR OR ANY SPOUSE OR CIVIL PARTNER OF THE SETTLOR.
