OF THE INHABITANTS OF DARTMOUTH AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICT BY THE PROVISION OF
PUBLIC FACILITIES FOR SWIMMING AND OTHER ACTIVE SPORTS
THE CHARITY WILL BE NON-PARTY IN POLITICS AND NON-SECTARIAN IN RELIGION AND WILL NOT
DISCRIMINATE ON THE GROUNDS OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OPINION.
