TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF AND TO ASSIST PHYSICALLY DISABLED PEOPLE AND PEOPLE WITH SENSORY IMPAIRMENTS LIVING IN SWANSEA TO RECOGNISE AND REALISE THEIR POTENTIAL IN THEIR OWN LIVES, IN THEIR COMMUNITIES AND IN SOCIETY AS A WHOLE.
