TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF THE AGED, OF PERSONS PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY HANDICAPPED OR THOSE SUFFERING FROM DISTRESS OR SICKNESS WITHIN THE PARISH OF STRETTON AND CLAYMILLS IN THE COUNTY OF STAFFORDSHIRE AND THE IMMEDIATE NEIGHBOURHOOD IN ANY MANNER WHICH IS NOW OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE.
