TO ERECT AND MAINTAIN A PERMANENT MEMORIAL TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE ROLE OF THE GURKHAS IN THE TOWN OF FOLKESTONE INCLUDING REMEMBRANCE SERVICES TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR ROLE PLAYED IN THE COMMUNITY.
