THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT) OF CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 2 YEARS AND COMPULSORY SCHOOL AGE.
THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION FOR SUCH CHILDREN IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE.
