TO ASSIST THE NHS IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH OR SAVING LIVES BY PROVIDING A VOLUNTEER, OUT-OF-HOURS MOTORCYCLE COURIER SERVICE TO SUPPLEMENT THE IN-HOUSE SERVICES, TRANSFER BLLOD, BLLOD PRODUCTS AND OTHER MEDICAL RESOURCES BETWEEN HOSPITALS AND MEDICAL FACILITIES.
