THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCME UPON TRUST TO APLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ('THE OBJECTS') IN GARSTANG, LANCASHIRE ('THE AREA OF BENEFIT'):- TO PROVIDE A PLAYING FIELD AND ASSOCIATED FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE SO AS TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE RESIDENT IN THE SAID AREA OF BENEFIT.
