TO PROMOTE GRAMOPHONE RECITALS AND TALKS BY COMPOSERS AND PERFORMERS. TO CO-OPERATE WITH LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITIES BY PROVIDING MUSIC, BOTH LIVE AND RECORDED IN SCHOOLS.
