TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE PERSONS WHO ARE ELDERLY, INFIRM OR DISABLED OR OTHERWISE IN NEED BY THE PROVISION OF HOMECARE SERVICES, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF A DAY CENTRE, AND THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF HOMECARE SERVICE PROVIDERS AND THEIR WORKERS.
