THE INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED IN ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING A THEOLOGICAL LIBRARY IN THE AREA OF THE CITY OF YORK FOR THE USE OF PERSONS AS MAY BENEFIT FROM ACCESS TO SUCH A LIBRARY.
