TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN IN THE CARE SYSTEM IN CAMBRIDGESHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHOSE CARE PLAN HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS ADOPTION THROUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A VOLUNTARY ADOPTION AGENCY FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF ADOPTERS IN EAST ANGLIA AND PROMOTING A SYSTEM OF ADOPTION WHICH IS FOCUSED ON MEETING CHILDREN’S NEEDS.
