(C) THE PROMOTION OF THE SCIENCE AND ART OF NURSING.

THE DEFINITION OF "BENEFICIARY" HAS CHANGED BY DELETING "NURSES, AUXILIARY NURSES AND STUDENT NURSES" AND REPLACING IT WITH "NURSES, MIDWIVES, HEALTHCARE SUPPORT WORKERS AND STUDENT NURSES" WHEREVER IT OCCURS.
