THE PRESERVATION, MAINTAINANCE AND DEFENCE OF THE RIGHTS OF THE PUBLIC TO THE USE AND ENJOYMENT OF PUBLIC HIGHWAYS, FOOTPATHS, BRIDLEWAYS, BYWAYS AND OTHER WAYS, VACANT SPACES, WASTELANDS AND ROADSIDE SLIPS AND TO THE RIGHT OF RECREATION OVER COMMONS IN SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE, ALSO PREVENTION OF THE ABUSE OF SUCH RIGHTS, ESPECIALLY TRESPASS AND DAMAGE TO CROPS AND PROPERTY.
