THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF CWMAFAN AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PLAYING BOWLS.
