FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF DOGS IN ROMANIA IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY FINDING FOSTER HOMES, PERMANENT HOMES THROUGH ADOPTION OR OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION, CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH ANIMALS AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN ALL MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL IN PARTICULAR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING OF DOGS IN ROMANIA.
