Charitable objects

THE OBJECTS OF THE COUNCIL SHALL BE TO FOSTER AND PROMOTE THE MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE KNOWLEDGE UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS AMONG THE INHABITANTS OF THE BOROUGH OF CHARNWOOD (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT").
