SHALL BE TO HELP AND EDUCATE CHILDREN PRIMARILY BETWEEN THE AGES OF 3 AND 18 THROUGH THEIR LEISURE ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPRITUAL CAPACITIES AND IN PARTICULAR, THEIR SENSE OF COMMUNAL RESPONSIBILITY IN ORDER THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBER OF SOCIETY.
