Activities - how the charity spends its money
A member-led charity operating in Southampton providing support, mentoring and training for people with lived experience of mental health issues. The charity currently offers a wellbeing hub, a hope hub offering pre-crisis support, a workshop training in skills and a suicide prevention programme. The charity is part of the Southampton Mental Health Network of which it is a founder member.
