THE OBJECTS ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH THROUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ACADEMIC HEALTH SCIENCE CENTRE TO PROVIDE HIGH-QUALITY REPRODUCTIVE, MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH (RMNCH) CARE THROUGH DISSEMINATION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND RESEARCH AROUND THE DEVELOPING WORLD, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THE MIDDLE EAST AND SOUTH ASIA.
