TO PROVIDE HOLIDAYS AND RECREATIONAL AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR BOYS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES SO AS TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS BY PROMOTING THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL BEING.
