THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE SUBJECTS OF THE OPERATION, MANAGEMENT OR CONSTRUCTION OF MARINE VESSELS AND EQUIPMENT INCLUDING (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION) BY: (I) THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION, AS TOOL FOR ADVANCING EDUCATION, OF ONE OR MORE SAILING VESSELS OF CULTURAL, HISTORICAL, TECHNICAL OR SCIENTIFIC IMPORTANCE INCLUDING (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION) A SCHOONER IN THE SPIRIT OF JANE SLADE OF POLRUAN; (II) THE PROVISION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING INCLUDING MODERN MARITIME SKILLS AND IN MAINTAINING TRADITIONAL RIGGED SAILING VESSELS.
