TO PROVIDE ANNUALLY A PRIZE FOR THE BEST PUPIL IN HOME ECONOMICS IN EACH YEAR WHO IN THE UNFETTERED OPINION OF THE HEADMASTER OF ST. CENYDD COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL, TRECENYDD CAERPHILLY IS MOST DESERVING THEREOF PROVIDED SUCH PUPIL IS SITTING HIS OR HER ADVANCED OR ORDINARY LEVEL EXAMINATION IN HOME ECONOMICS OR ANY EQUIVALENT LEVEL OF EXAMINATION.
