THE CARE AND ACCOMMODATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE HOMELESS OR BY REASONS OF ADVERSE CIRCUMSTANCES OR BY BEING A DISCHARGED OFFENDER REQUIRE TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION AND ARE IN NEED OF HELP IN ACQUIRING A MORE SETTLED WAY OF LIFE AND TO EDUCATE AND ASSIST ALL SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE THAT THEY MAY DEVELOP AS RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
