THE OBJECT OF THE ORGANISATION SHALL BE TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF AGED AND HANDICAPPED PERSONS IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE WITHIN THE EASINGTON DISTRICT(HEREINAFTER CALLED THE "AREA OF BENEFIT")
