TO HELP AND EDUCATE SCHOOL PUPILS IN WALES THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN ATHLETICS SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
