THE PROVISION OF A CENTRE WHICH WILL PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES AS AFORESAID BY REASON OF THEIR AGE.INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
