- CREATING AND SUSTAINING AN INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY FOR RESEARCH
- CREATING AND MAINTAINING A NON-COMMERCIAL, INTERNATIONAL, OPEN PUBLISHING PLATFORM COMMITTED TO THE CODE OF GOOD SCIENTIFIC PRACTICE AND A SCIENTIFIC OPEN ACCESS ON-LINE JOURNAL (“THE JOURNAL”).
