TO ADVANCE HEALTH AND RELIEVE SICKNESS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY:
A) PROMOTING COMMUNITY AND DISTRICT NURSING CARE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF RESOURCES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR NURSES AND OTHERS ENGAGED IN SUCH CARE DESIGNED TO FURTHER THE EDUCATION AND SKILLS IN THE CARE OF PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY AND IMPROVE CLINICAL PRACTICE.
B) SUPPORTING RESEARCH INTO COMMUNITY AND DISTRICT NURSING PRACTICE, THE USEFUL RESULTS OF WHICH WILL BE DISSEMINATED FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
