TO PROVIDE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF LAMPETER VELFREY AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, FACILITIES FOR RECREATION, EDUCATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. THIS IS TO BE DONE WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF GENDER, GENDER ORIENTATION, AGE, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS.
