Activities - how the charity spends its money
We provide opportunities for stroke survivors and carers to meet and support each other. We have a fully accessible gym to allow survivors and carers to exercise in a safe and supportive environment. We have a wide range of activities that are fully inclusive such as aromatherapy, chair based exercise sessions, arts and crafts, cooking, and singing and music therapy.
