TO RELIEVE PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF THE BIRMINGHAM AND MIDLAND EYE HOSPITAL WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED, INFIRM OR IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND GENERALLY TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SAID HOSPITAL.
