TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF INDIVIDUALS RESIDING IN THE LONDON BOROUGHS OF CAMDEN AND ISLINGTON AND LIVING WITH A LONG-TERM ILLNESS OR PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF SPECIALIST EQUIPMENT NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL HEALTH AUTHORITY.
