1. Operate weekly classes and courses on Meditation/ Mindfulness, Buddhist Theory and Practises which the general public with interest can attend. 2. Organise annual retreats for mental wellbeing and Buddhist Practise in locations around the UK. 3. Offer Chaplaincy support and Pastoral care upon request from the general public. 4. Operates on a community resourse for Buddism and Mindfulness.
