TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN BASIC LIFE SUPPORT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVISION OF TRAINING IN THE PRINCIPLES OF FIRST AID.
