THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH AND THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN BUCKINGHAMSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY INCREASING PUBLIC UNDERSTANDING, INVOLVEMENT AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE WAY IN WHICH FOOD IS PRODUCED, DISTRIBUTED, CONSUMED AND DISPOSED OF AND THE EFFECTS THIS CAN HAVE ON HUMAN HEALTH AND THE HEALTH OF THE ENVIRONMENT ON WHICH HUMANS DEPEND.
