Charitable objects
THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE, EDUCATION, SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL NEEDS OF INHABITANTS RESIDING IN THE CITY OF DERBY AND IN THE COUNTY OF DERBYSHIRE WHO ARE ELDERLY OR IN POOR MENTAL HEALTH AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE OF AFRICAN CARIBBEAN ORIGIN INCLUDING THEIR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS
