THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG PEOPLE BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH GOODS/SERVICES WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS.
