Charitable objects
1) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN GUYANA BY PROVIDING: GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.
2) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION IN GUYANA BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO SUPPORT AND MAINTAIN RESCUE HOMES FOR THE RECEPTION, CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH ANIMALS.
