THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE LIVING WITH CARDIOVASCULAR COMPLICATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS LIVING IN ENGLAND AND WALES BY OFFERING ACCESSIBLE SUPPORT TO ANY ADULT OR CHILD CURRENTLY LIVING WITH THIS CONDITION, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY RAISING FUNDS FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES, COMPLICATIONS, TREATMENTS, MEDICATIONS AND RESEARCH FOR THIS CONDITION.
