THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN AFRICA, ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES WITH A SPECIAL FOCUS ON THE REPUBLIC OF THE NIGER: 1) TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH; 2) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION; 3) TO RELIEVE POVERTY; 4) TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEATH; AND 5) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED AND SUFFERING AMONG VICTIMS OF NATURAL OR OTHER KINDS OF DISASTER IN THE FORM OF MONEY (OR OTHER MEANS DEEMED SUITABLE) FOR PERSONS, BODIES, ORGANISATIONS AND/OR COUNTRIES AFFECTED.
